Attorneys
Attorneys provide legal advice and assistance to the Inspector General and OIG staff on a variety of legal matters, including the authorities and responsibilities of the OIG under the Inspector General Act; audit, inspection, investigative and administrative activities; and personnel issues. OIG attorneys analyze and interpret federal laws and regulations and have substantive knowledge in criminal, civil, and administrative law.
